Frontera verde is an active tourism company that will help you to realice all kind of adventure activities, while enjoying the nature resources from Asturias with intensity.

Frontera Verde is located in Arriondas, in the heart of the Sella Valley, strategically located to realize river activities (Sella River in canoe, canyoning,…) as well as mountain activities (hiking, climbing, speleology,…)and to a very short distance from the Cantabric Sea with its beaches and cliffs.

Our most popular activity that no one can miss, is without any doubt, the descent of the Sella River with canoe. You can spend an unforgettable day with your family or friends in the river with more salmon of Spain, rowing towards the sea through pools and rapids, and resting from time to time in the green riverbanks, and recovering strength with the picnic along the way. It is an activity open to an averagely fit people.

Hiking is another ideal way to get to know and enjoy from this privileged surroundings. Frontera Verde offers you several and varied routes, the Route of the asturcones in the Sueve mountain range, the Route of the Acantilados del Infierno in the coast, the Cares Path through the National Park of the Picos de Europa, etc

To know the National Park of the Picos de Europa in depth, there is nothing better than a guided visit where you will be able to know the geology, fauna, flora and characteristics of these magnificent Park, that has many emblematic places like Covadonga, Los Lagos, Naranjo de Bulnes, Senda del Cares, Torrecerredo, the cable car of Fuente De, and many more.

Frontera Verde offers for small groups (máximum 15 persons), the Hostel of San Juan de Parres, just 2 km away from Cangas de Onís, ideal for bachelor parties, cyclotourists, hikers, located amidst nature and with views to the Peaks.

On top of the before mentioned activities, in this area you can practice almost all types of active tourism activities: horseback riding, quads. 4x4, paintball, etc
