Cancellation Policy and payment:

ADVANCE PAYMENT And RESERVATIONS CANCELLATION

The maximum advance payment that the company can request is 40% of the total price of the reservation.

The reservation cancellation implies the following percentage:

a) 5% when the cancellation takes place more than thirty days of advance to the arrival date

b) 50% when it takes place between thirty and seven days

c) the 100% when one it takes place with less than seven days
