Casa Rural La Carrasca

La Carrasca rural house offers the possibility of enjoying a weekend or a different holiday in a traditional rural house.

The house is located in the village of Lituénigo (province of Zaragoza) at the foot of Moncayo Mountain, in a natural environment and close to interesting places such as the Monasteries of Veruela and Tarazona.  This is a unique place to spend some holidays or days for rest.

The place is ideal for families or groups.  Here you can enjoy all that this region offers and will find a landscape full of contrast typical of this area in Aragón.  It will pleasantly surprise you whatever season you come.

The house

It has been built with typical construction materials in the region, preserving the traditional building style but including at the same time the comfort of a modern house since it is regarded as a superior quality lodging establishment.

It is placed at the village entrance point, next to the access road to Moncayo Mountain.  There are unbeatable views, a pleasant ambience and an exquisite decoration that has been arranged down to the last detail everywhere in this two-storey house.

In the ground floor “La Carrasca” house has a large lounge with a dining zone and a living zone with TV and DVD.  Next to the lounge there is a bathroom with shower and a kitchen, which is fitted with everything necessary to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

In the upper floor there are three sunny bedrooms with a view to Moncayo Mountain: one of them has a double bed and the others are single bedrooms.  There is also a bathroom with shower.

The house has heating in all of its bedrooms.  There is also a fireplace in the living-dining room.  It can hold up to 6 people (large rooms and two sofa-beds in the living-dining room) and it can be rented for weekends and holidays.

We also serve breakfasts, lunches and dinners if you wish, so that you just have to enjoy your stay here.
