The raising of wines of Bach takes place in the solitude and the silence of the underground diggings that the property has.
The history of Bach goes back to year 1915 when the brothers Pere and Ramon, of last name Bach i Escopet, were transferred to Sant Esteve Sesrovires from Barcelona and acquired the property ´Can Estrada´, whose antecedents date from century XVIII.
The Civil War truncated part of the splendour reached by Bach in the years twenty and had tragic consequences for the family: Ramon died and his brother Pere, although he survived the fight, was marked by his memory. Years later, in 1942, he decided to sell the property. In the following years, Bach had several proprietors who impelled new applications, among them meters and meters of underground galleries destined to the aging of the digging, and undertook the commercial and oenological renovation of the warehouse.
In 1975 the Raventós family acquired the property and integrated Bach in her group of warehouses.
